Karen Alexander is the Chief Financial Officer of HELIX . Karen Alexander has served as Chief Financial Officer of HELIX since 2022. Ms. Alexander served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer of HELIX before becoming Chief Financial Officer of HELIX . Ms. Alexander joined HELIX in January 2022 as Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining HELIX , Ms. Alexander held finance and accounting positions of increasing responsibility at GE Capital from October 2004 to April 2021, most recently as Global Technology Director from January 2017 to April 2021. Ms. Alexander began her career as an external auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University (Ohio).
